UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We understand that decisions take time, and if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your return. You can return your order to us within 14 day period from the date of delivery.
Please fill in the returns form included with your order. If you need a new one, please email email@example.com
Please note that we are only able to accept the return on items if unworn and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons
We aim to process all order within 14 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original debit or credit card.
If your item was purchased through Tami&Tami gift card, please let us know, and we will issue you a new credit note.
Tami&Tami does not offer exchanges, if you would like to change the design or size, please place a new order. Thank you!
Please note: shipping fees are not refundable
For orders outside of the UK, Tami&Tami cannot refund any sales tax or customs duties payable.
All shipping costs for returns are not covered by Tami&Tami.
We sincerely apologise if you have receive a faulty product. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out for you.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service (eg. Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery) for your own protection.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. Please note that unidentified returns will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
