SHIPPING / DELIVERY FAQ'S
WHAT DO I DO IF THE GOODS I'VE ORDERED HAVEN'T ARRIVED?

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUTOM DUTIES & TAXES ON MY ORDER?
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.
EU ORDERS: We would like to reassure all our European customers that there will be no unexpected costs (i.e., additional customs taxes and duties) following the new trading arrangements arising from Brexit.
To our customers in AUSTRALIA, please note that it is necessary for us to add a service tax (GST) to all orders from Australia, in order for us to comply with Australian import tax laws. Please see the ATO website for more details.
IS VAT APPLIED TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
VAT (at 20%) is automatically taken off any orders being delivered outside the EU. This amount has already been deducted from the listed price. Please note, that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.

Please note: Due to new regulations shipping to Portugal is currently suspended until further notice.
Sadly, we are unable to ship to the following countries due to customs restrictions:

SOUTH AMERICA: Falkland Islands
ASIA: India, Indonesia, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Iran, Democratic Peoples Republic, Laos, Myanmar, Palestinian Territories, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Not yet. We currently do not provide a click and collect service.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it. Please find further details in our Return Section.
CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Yes, you will be able to track your order! You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
DO YOU DO NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, we do provide next day deliveries, so if you need your jewellery for an event asap, we will make sure it will be at your door the next day
CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address at which you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company directly with your order.
CAN I DELIVER TO A PO BOX?
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your Tami&Tami order.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?
For security purposes, all T&T Express deliveries require a signature.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you would like to return something, please fill in the return form which we have included in your package. Send the package back to us and we will refund you within 14 days. The return can be done within a 30 day period. Please be aware, that we do not accept earring as a returned item due to hygiene reasons. If you have lost your return form, email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a new one.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer gift wrapping, but we do offer an additional birthday card where you can write a personal message!
DO YOU HAVE E-GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we do provide e-gift cards which are available to purchase here.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We offer many options as to how you can pay: PayPal, Apple Pay, Alipay, Klarna.
IS YOUR JEWELLERY SILVER OR SILVER PLATED?
The brands we work with use Sterling silver 925, which of an exceptional quality and will last you for a long time.
IS YOUR JEWELLERY GOLD PLATED?
Yes, some of the jewellery we sell 14k-18k gold plated and it looks absolutely gorgeous!
WHAT IS VERMEIL AND NON-VERMEIL?
Gold Vermeil whilst similar to gold plating, has some key differences that make it distinctive. Vermeil is a technique originating in the 19th century, where gold was applied to Sterling Silver. Gold vermeil is also made through the gold plating technique but requires a thicker layer of gold.
