SHIPPING POLICY

UK DELIVERY

• All standard deliveries including International are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked service. 

• Tami&Tami will always do its best to get the order to you as soon as possible. If order is placed before 2pm, the parcel will be dispatched the same day. 

• If the order was placed during the weekends, the parcel will be dispatched on Monday first thing. 

• We value our customer’s time, but unfortunately during public holidays, Black Fridays, Christmas parcels might take longer to be dispatched due to busy times. 

• For Express deliveries parcels will need to be signed for in person so please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address to accept delivery (at home or work). If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. 

• Please be aware that unfortunately we do not take responsibility for orders left outside the address when the customer is not in to sign for them. 

 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• Taxes and Duties are not included and may be charged upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
